iPhone – iUnlock

We've all heard about the 17 year old who cracked the iPhone to start the revolution off. What you may not have heard about yet is the people over at FreeIphoneUnlock.com and their nifty little guide on how to unlock the iPhone.

Now keep in mind when you're unlocking your iPhone it will probably void you're warranty - i'm not sure Apple has officially stated their stance on this particular issue, but my personal guess would be that Apple is currently working an updated firmware for the next generation iPhone that will maybe take a little longer to crack.

On the other hand it doesn't particularly matter if people do crack the iPhone if Apple has its way when the FCC auctions off the newly freed up airwaves. If Apple outbids Google in the auction you can be sure to see them develop their own infrastructure and bail on AT&T. What more could you ask for?
