Blogrush Widget Gets The Big F

Well I’m officially off the Blogrush bandwagon now. After the email that was sent out yesterday to the 10,000 + blogs and websites that didn’t meet the “quality” standards of Blogrush’s esteemed judging panel (note lots of sarcasm here), I have decided to forgo my further testing of the widget and just get rid of it all together.
This is a fine example of rushing a project to capitalize on it. Having a good quality product that doesn’t suck, oh and actually has reporting functions that work - is a good thing. I’m fairly certain there are a lot of irritated bloggers and website owners out there
So goodbye Blogrush widget.
And let the search begin for the next widget that will provide some spark of traffic. Is anyone using any widgets or have any traffic ideas that have worked for them recently? Let me know!

They haven’t banned me, I banned them. Every time I iopened my blog I saw a pile of untargeted, pointless sites on BlogRush. I didn’t need that. So I removed it.
New thing to get some traffic? Just good old socializing… discussing on interesting sites, telling something interesting and smart. Good group of friends on twitter and pownce….
