RSSHugger Is Free

A new site called rssHugger has been launched into the wild recently, and I’ve finally gotten around to reviewing it. I did after all have to finish up the turkey left overs from the holiday, and now I’ve officially recovered from my turkey induced coma. So on with the show!
rssHugger is a site that apparently hugs your rss. In all seriousness it basically gives you another outlet to promote your blog. The feature that I find most interesting is the rssHugger top 100 blogs page. This is your typical most visited and trafficked blogs in the network etc, but the key feature of this list is that it resets each month. So if you promote the crap out of yourself for a month you too can get in the top 100. Obviously this works easier if you have an already large network of sites to promote yourself, but the chance of a small blog getting in the top listing is pretty feasible with this type of system.
The other nice feature of rssHugger is the search function. You can easily scan other feeds and get a quick run down of whats hot in the blogosphere, or do spy reconnaissance on you’re niche competitors, the choice is up to you. Along with that, it creates some nice backlinks for your site. rssHugger should be a pretty popular site by the looks of it and will I think have a decent pagerank when Google gets around to updating PR again.
Any promotion is good promotion in reality so why not run over to rssHugger and sign up today, its free! Check out this handy little chart that rssHugger drew up, it explains the traffic scenarios that are possible – also take note of the excellent use of design skill involved to create this gem!
