Subversional Profiting

Now normally I don't partake of black hat SEO materials but Shoemoney posted a story about this the other day and I thought I'd go take a look at it. I'm not condoning nor am I saying don't use this product either. They are skirting a very fine line of marketing and subversion with both Digg and Stumbleupon.
The site in question, subvertandprofit.com is a for pay social climber, and by that I mean you pay for social clicks. Stumbleupon has been a huge source of traffic for a lot of people, but only if you get others to thumbs up a posting. Subverandprofit has a large network of stumble users that are willing to give you that thumbs up for a piece of the profit. Right now you can go pay to have your post spread out to the subvertandprofit network of users and the cheery little monkeys will go click happy on it and potentially drive you're posting through the roof. This is of course very very close to breaking the terms of use agreement with Stumbleupon, and I'm willing to bet that Stumble has a way of tracking this artificial clicking. So use it at your own risk.
From what I've seen of the system it works pretty well, I've seen a posting from a friend get thousands of visitors from use of the subvertandprofit.com system. Has anyone used the system to get more traffic? How well did it work for you? Do you think its black hat?
