In my ongoing search for a decent web hosting provider I've encountered several hosts that completely sucked, and some that were pretty decent but a ton of money. You do get what you pay for in the world of web hosting, however that doesn't mean you can't have a good host and easy set up for less money then some of the big conglomerates that are currently hosting everything on the planet.

They have implemented a nice 1-2-3 step program that is very reasonably priced and has a decent hardware with the program as well. The basic tier starts at $6.99 and up to 5 gigs of bandwidth which is more then enough for a started site. The only drawback to this tier is that it only comes with 25 megs of storage, but again, for a starter site that should suffice.
